Occupational therapy helps children develop the skills they need to participate in everyday life. This might include getting ready for school, managing emotions, making friends, joining in classroom activities, developing independence, or taking part in hobbies and community activities.
Our therapists work alongside children, families, educators, and other professionals to understand what's getting in the way and develop practical strategies that support participation. Depending on your child's goals, therapy may focus on areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, motor skills, attention, self-care, social interaction, or everyday independence.
By building on strengths and working within the environments that matter most, we help children develop confidence, skills, and greater participation in daily life.
